- Normal Loan: This is an interest-free loan obtainable by a member after six (6) financial months with eighteen (18) months maximum repayment period. Member’s savings plus members shares will be multiply by two.
- Special Loan: It a long term loan obtainable by members with 2% interest rate on reducing balance, repayable over a of 3 years (maximum).
- Land Purchase Loan: Landed properties at affordable price for sale to members on instalment, payable over a period of 18 months.
Special Saving
- Target Savings: This a purpose savings made by member over a period of time to meet their target. Withdraw-able thrice a year. It attract no interest, only available to members. Monthly minimum saving as low as N1, 000.
- Fixed Deposit: Periodic savings available to members and non-members with attractive interest rate. Minimum Deposit is N500, 000. Available period below.
- 3 months – 3%
- 6 months – 6%
- 12 months – 12%
